Clinton Men 62 Finger Lakes CC 60

Clinton (9-7) held off Finger Lakes (8-4)CC 62-60 on Sunday at Clinton.

Kyle Stark was the leading scorer with 19 points,Ryan Earle had 17 points which included five 3 pointers and Phil Barnes had 16 points. Mario Lopez chipped in 10 points.

Barnes was in foul trouble early in the game and spent some time on the bench. Coach Kevin Daugherty said, "Barnes picked up his foul with about 10 minutes to go, and we put him back in the game with about six minutes left. He was then able to play the rest of the game."

Coach Daugherty also said, "The Secore twins-Travis and Tevor did not score for us but they hustled on defense."

Clinton has won their first two games of the Spring Semester. Clinton has won 7 of their last 9 games.Clinton will host North Country CC on Saturday at 1:00PM.
