Admissions Office

The Admissions Office, located on the first floor of the Main Academic Building, will be open:

Cougar Cash

Works like a cash debit account. There is no service charge, it is non-taxable and can be used in the Cougars Den, in the Residence Hall Dining Facility at PARC, and in the College Bookstore. CCC students and employees can put money into a Cougar Cash account. The FSA Office is located in Room 146M.

Counseling and Advisement

Extended Hours:

August 25, 26 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Monday—Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Students can stop by the office for general assistance at any time! Located in Room 142 of the Main Academic Building, we offer academic advisement, career planning, college transfer assistance, employment opportunities, volunteer information as well as confidential counseling services.

Financial Aid

The Financial Aid Office, located on the first floor of the Main Academic Building, will be open extended hours during the first week of the semester. Our office hours will be:

Food Service

The food service is provided by Sodexho Campus Services. They operate the Cougars Den as well as the Residence Hall Dining Facility.

Housing

The FSA of CCC offers full-time students the opportunity to broaden their college experience by living in one of two residence halls. The rooms are suite style joined together by a semi private bathroom. There are many living options, including a co-ed academic focus floor. The other floors are traditional co-ed floors. A professional staff member, and four resident assistants staff each building.

ID Cards

ID cards will be issued the first week of classes in the Cougars Den of the Main Academic Building. Times will be posted. The first card is free of charge. There is a $5 replacement fee for lost or stolen cards.

Library

The Library is located on the second floor of the Main Academic Building. Regular hours are:

Monday—Thursday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Holiday hours will be posted as needed.

Payment

Students must have completed their registration and received a tuition receipt in order to attend classes. Students who have not paid their bill should immediately go to the Bursar’s Office located on the first floor of the Main Academic Building. The office is open Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Extended hours until 6 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, August 25 & 26. The telephone number is (518) 562-4135.

Students who have not paid their room and board bill should go to the FSA Office on the second floor of the Main Academic Building. The FSA Office will be open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with extended hours until 6 p.m. on August 25, 26. The telephone number is (518) 562-4130.

Registrar

The Registrar’s Office is located on the first floor of the Main Academic Building.

Tutoring Center

The main purpose of the Tutoring Center is to provide academic support services to students and faculty. The Tutoring Center offers tutoring in all courses, facilitates study groups, and administers CCC’s Placement Testing. Tutoring Lab hours vary and are posted by tutor and subject.
