CCC Adopts Policy Regarding Animals on Campus

Plattsburgh, New York ….The Clinton Community College Board of Trustees, acting upon the recommendation of the campus’ Health and Safety Committee, adopted a policy in regard to animals on campus at their January 16, 2007 board meeting. The policy states that for reasons of health and safety, animals will not be permitted on campus except for educational purposes, or for persons who require the services and assistance of a service animal as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, Sec. 36.104.
