INFO: Would like Standard and Formatting Bar Separated

1. Click on Tools.
2. Click on Customize.
3. Click on Options.
4. Click off the option Standard and Formatting Bar Share One Row.
4. Click Ok.

This will display the double row of ICONS as in past versions of Outlook.
