INFO: Send an "Everybody" Email but exclude one or more persons

1.  Create a new Email message and click on To.
2.  Press and hold the Shift key and use your arrow keys to move down the row highlighting all the 
     employee's name even the person you are going to exclude.
3.  Once the complete list is highlighted, press and hold the Ctrl key and click on the person(s)
     name you do not want to include.
4.  Click on Ok and this will copy all the names into the To field on the main Email form.
