1.   Go to Start -> Programs -> Burn a CD or Data DVD -> and select Nero Start Smart
2.   Confirm that CD is selected in the drop down box at the top center of the window (if not,
      select it)
3.   Select Nero Express from the menu on the left
4.   Confirm that D: Lite-On combo [CD-R/RW] is selected in the Recorder drop down (it might
      be a different brand then Lite-On but it should be D: )
5.   Select Data -> Data Disc
6.   Click on the Add button and select the file(s) you want to record to the CD and then click on 
      Finish when you are done selecting
7.   Confirm that the line at the bottom of the window is blue and doesn’t go into the yellow or
      red as this means that there isn’t room on the CD-R for all of the selected files
8.   Click on Next
9.   Make sure that the box next to Allow files to be added later is not checked or the CD may
      not play on all drives
10. Click on Burn
11. You will be prompted at the end as to whether the “burn” was successful or not
